These terms cover this website and the waitlists, applications and inquiries you can send through it. Membership terms, including pricing and payment, are agreed separately when you join.

Joining a waitlist

Joining a waitlist is a request, not a reservation. We seat guests to keep every table and room balanced, so we can't promise a date or a specific dinner. Women are never charged to attend.

Being accurate

Give us real details. Nights are built around the people in the room, and a false name, age or invite source may mean we can't seat you.

Conduct

Everyone at a Cosigned night agrees to our code of conduct. One verified report of behavior that crosses a line means you won't be invited back.

Disclosure

Matchmakers are paid when an introduction leads to a date, and every introduction discloses that. Nobody is paid to talk anyone up. A woman's cosign is private and is never shared with the man concerned.

Our content

The Cosigned name, logo and the words and design on this site belong to us. Feel free to share links; please don't copy the site.

Liability

Dinners and nights out happen at independent restaurants and bars. We're not responsible for the venues themselves, and you attend at your own discretion. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you in connection with this site is limited to what you paid us, which for this site is nothing.
