Now recruiting founding hosts · Brooklyn
Run the best night in Brooklyn. Get paid for it.
Hosts anchor our dinners and nights out. You welcome the table, make the introductions, and bring your friends along. A few nights a month, on your schedule.
What you get
You're already the one who brings people together.
Paid every night you host
A flat fee per table, a bonus when women from your table come back, and a share of venue revenue on nights you run.
Your circle, upgraded
Bring friends to great restaurants, meet interesting people, and be the reason everyone had a good night.
Your dinners are covered
Always. Your friends' first dinners are too.
On your schedule
Two to four nights a month. Pick the nights that work for you.
Standing in the room
Hosts know everyone. It's the best seat in the house, and people remember who introduced them.
A real path
Table host, then bar host, then lead host: training new hosts and opening new neighborhoods.
The role
What a night looks like for you.
Plan on about four hours, from dinner through the bar.
- Before
- Read the brief: every guest's name and one real fact about them. Takes about 30 minutes.
- At the table
- Open with one good question, then step back. Draw out the quiet guests and redirect anyone dominating the conversation.
- At the bar
- Walk your table over and introduce people across tables. Honestly, never overselling.
- For every woman
- You're her exit route. A look from her and you pull her into another conversation, no questions asked.
- After
- A few quick notes within 24 hours on how the night went.
Pay
Paid for the room, never for pushing anyone.
Your bonus depends on whether women want to come back, not on whether anyone gets cosigned. You're never paid to talk a guy up, and nobody will ever ask you to.
How hosts earn
- Each table you host
- $75
- Women from your table who come back
- Bonus
- Nights you run at the bar
- Venue revenue share
- Your dinner and your friends' first
- Covered
Who we're looking for
You might already be doing this for free.
You're the connector
Your friends come to your dinners. You're the one who says “you two have to meet.”
You know more than one crowd
Work, a run club, a creative scene, the neighborhood. Different circles make better rooms.
You can read a room
You notice who's left out and who needs rescuing, and you handle both without making it a thing.
You're in Brooklyn
Free a few weeknights a month. Event, nightlife, or community experience helps but isn't required.

Questions
- Do I have to be single?
- No. Many great hosts are in relationships. You're there to run a good night, not to date.
- Do I have to sell tickets or recruit guests?
- No quotas and no selling, ever. Bringing a couple of friends each night is part of the fun, and we fill the rest.
- How much time does it take?
- About four hours per night plus 30 minutes to read your brief, two to four nights a month.
- What if a guest makes someone uncomfortable?
- You step in or pull her out, then tell us. Every report is reviewed and men who cross a line don't come back.
- Can I host with a friend?
- Yes. Co-hosting is a great way to start, especially for your trial night.
